HFP-110 is a high-performance fluorinated heat transfer fluid specifically designed for thermal management in demanding electronic and industrial applications. Thanks to its excellent dielectric properties, it is ideal for direct cooling of live electronics — safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Efficient cooling for maximum performance

The low viscosity of HFP-110 enables high flow rates and ensures particularly efficient heat transfer. At the same time, the fluid delivers consistent performance across a wide operating range of approximately -95°C to +100°C.
