Coolant & heat transfer
Non-conductive cooling fluids for the direct cooling of live components – reliable, efficient, and long-term stable.
- Electrically insulating (dielectric)
- Ideal for immersion cooling and power electronics
- High heat dissipation with maximum safety
For use in cooling electronic components, data centers and servers, battery cells, and electric motors. Can also be used as a general heat transfer medium.
There are various types of cooling fluids:
HFE (hydrofluoroether) cooling fluids are characterized by low boiling points, high insulating properties, and environmentally friendly compounds. They vaporize during cooling and can be recondensed.
Mineral oil-based fluids remain liquid up to approx. 250°C and dissipate large amounts of heat cost-effectively.
All fluids allow live parts to be immersed directly in the fluid.
Our dielectric cooling fluids enable:
- direct cooling under voltage
- safe operation without risk of short circuits
- high efficiency through direct heat exchange
