3M Novec 649 Engineered Fluid is a highly effective thermal interface fluid. It is characterized by excellent operational reliability and environmental compatibility. It is suitable for use in closed, water-free systems. 3M Novec 649 Engineered Fluid is a fluoroketone. It is clear, colorless, and low-odor, and is liquid in a temperature range of -108°C to +49°C.
Typical applications include ORC systems, thermo-siphon systems, 2-phase pump systems, fuel cells, and others.
