High-tech fluid as replacements for Novec™ 649

This product is a clear, colorless fluid designed for heat transfer. It is non-flammable, thermally stable, non-ozone-depleting, and has a very low global warming potential. This product's low boiling point, wide fluid range, and low viscosity make it ideal for single- or dual-phase electronics cooling. It effectively mitigates the aggressiveness of solvents and is useful for reducing the flammability of mixtures.

FK-649 is not an HFC, but a residue-free fluoroketone solvent.
Replacement for previous fluids: sulfur hexafluoride (SF₆) and hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), such as HFC-134a and HFC-245fa.
