This hydrofluoroether (HFE) is used as a cooling and heat transfer fluid for demanding applications in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics and industrial temperature control.
AURON HFE-7500 combines very low viscosity with excellent dielectric properties and high thermal stability. The fluid is non-flammable and is suitable for applications including the cooling of ion implanters, dry etching and CVD equipment, electronic testing and industrial heat transfer systems.
With a boiling point of 128 °C, AURON HFE-7500 is particularly suitable for applications requiring a high-boiling fluorinated heat transfer fluid.
