AURON HFE-7500 is a clear, colorless and odorless fluorinated heat transfer fluid for demanding industrial applications.

The combination of very low viscosity, excellent dielectric properties and high thermal stability enables efficient and reliable temperature control.

With a boiling point of 128 °C and a wide liquid temperature range, AURON HFE-7500 is particularly suitable for applications in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics and industrial heat transfer.
