Peco TM2

Invisible, ultra-thin, hydrophobic coating - Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, fluorine-free 

Peco TM2 surface coating is a ready-to-use, clear liquid, with the main ingredient bio-ethanol as a solvent. Peco TM2 creates an ultra-thin, invisible, hydrophobic protective layer with a thickness of 25-50nm, which has very good anti-stick properties without negatively affecting the thermal conductivity of the surface or attacking the surface. Peco TM2 can be applied to the surface by spraying or dipping.

• Aluminum heat sinks 
• Radiator grilles of commercial vehicles 
• Cooling fins of air conditioning systems and heat pumps 
• Fan blades 
• Casting molds 

A protective layer with Peco TM2 effectively prevents the accumulation of dust and dirt, protects against icing and makes cleaning much easier. The adhesion of adhesives and thermal pastes is greatly reduced, allowing components coated with Peco TM2 to be easily replaced. Peco TM2 can be used on all non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, chrome, nickel, copper, brass and other non-ferrous metals as well as stainless steel.

Peco TM2 offers unrivalled environmental and health properties. The material is free of heavy metals, fluorinated substances (PFAS-free), halogen-free and therefore meets the highest standards of safety and sustainability. REACH and RoHs compliant. The solvent (>96%) consists of the harmless, renewable raw material bioethanol.
