HFE-7100 mixture – Cooling Fluid

HFE-7100 Mixture is a high-purity, dielectric cooling fluid designed for demanding applications in the electronics industry. This non-conductive fluid is ideal for immersion cooling, cooling live electrical components, and for cleaning and coating processes in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.

Thanks to its excellent electrical insulation, low viscosity, and efficient heat transfer, HFE-7100 Mixture enables safe and high-performance cooling of electronic systems. The fluid is non-flammable, thermally stable, and ensures reliable operation without the risk of short circuits—even under demanding conditions.

In addition, HFE-7100 stands out for its environmental and occupational safety properties: It does not deplete the ozone layer, has a comparatively low global warming potential, and is non-toxic when used properly. This makes it a high-performance and sustainable alternative to traditional fluorochemicals such as CFCs, HCFCs, or HFCs.

It is used as dielectric test media and heat transfer fluid as well as in cleaning and rinsing agents, lubricant carriers, stain-free water-based drying agents (with added surfactants), specialty solvents, dispersion media, reaction media, spray contact cleaners or as CFC, HCFC, HFC, and PFC substitutes.
