AURON HFP-48 is a fluorinated, dielectric heat transfer fluid designed for demanding electronics and industrial cooling applications. It combines efficient heat transfer with excellent electrical insulation properties, enabling the direct cooling of live electronic components.
With a boiling point of 48 °C, AURON HFP-48 is particularly suitable for two-phase immersion cooling systems, as well as applications in data centers and power electronics.

Why AURON HFP-48?
For Direct Cooling of Live Electronics
AURON HFP-48 provides a dielectric strength of 24 kV/mm, making it suitable for applications where electronic components are immersed directly in the cooling fluid. Its low viscosity enables high flow rates, while good surface wetting properties support efficient heat transfer.
The typical operating temperature range specified in the technical data sheet is approximately -70 °C to +40 °C.
