Why AURON HFE-7100?

Multifunctional fluid for cooling, cleaning, and drying

AURON HFE-7100 was developed for applications that require a combination of electrical insulation, rapid heat dissipation, and gentle cleaning.

The fluid meets these requirements through:

  • high flow efficiency
  • electrical insulation
  • low surface tension
  • rapid evaporation
  • high chemical and hydrolytic stability
  • suitability for single-phase immersion cooling
  • versatile use as a coolant, cleaner, and diluent

Outstanding electrical properties

AURON HFE-7100 is suitable for applications where cooling and electrical insulation are required simultaneously.

Technical Specifications:

  • Dielectric breakdown voltage: > 25 kV at a distance of 2.54 mm
  • Dielectric constant: approx. 7.27
  • Specific resistance: > 10⁸ Ω·cm

This makes the fluid suitable for direct component cooling, power electronics, and sensitive electrical assemblies.

Developed for modern cooling systems

AURON HFE-7100 is suitable for, among other things:

  • Single-phase immersion cooling
