Why AURON HFE-7000?

Maximum efficiency for modern cooling systems

AURON HFE-7000 was developed for applications requiring the highest levels of heat transfer, electrical insulation, and operational safety.

Thanks to its extremely low kinematic viscosity of just 0.32 cSt, exceptionally high flow rates are achieved. This improves heat dissipation while simultaneously reducing the energy consumption of the pump systems.

In addition, the low boiling point of 34 °C allows for use in direct evaporation and low-temperature cooling systems.

Outstanding electrical properties

AURON HFE-7100 is suitable for applications where cooling and electrical insulation are required simultaneously.

Technical Specifications:

  • Dielectric breakdown voltage: > 25 kV
  • Dielectric constant: 7,4
  • Specific resistance: 3.29 × 10⁹ Ω·mm

This makes the fluid ideal for high-performance electronic systems and modern immersion cooling applications.
