Your Role at Puretecs

As an Authorized Signatory, you will serve as a key link between management, employees, customers, and business partners. You will take responsibility for essential areas of daily operations, ensuring that structures, processes, and collaboration run smoothly and efficiently.

You will keep a close eye on business performance while considering the needs of our customers, employees, and long-term company objectives. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will help drive Puretecs forward and implement strategic decisions across daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing day-to-day business operations
  • Leading, supporting, and developing the team
  • Taking responsibility for revenue performance and achieving business objectives
  • Developing and optimizing internal business processes
  • Managing and coordinating cross-functional tasks and projects
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key customers and business partners
  • Implementing strategic decisions in close cooperation with the Managing Director
  • Ensuring efficient, reliable, and quality-focused operations

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in a technically oriented industrial company
  • Ideally, experience in the electronics, automotive supply, or chemical industry
  • Proven experience in operational management, team leadership, and revenue responsibility
  • Strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Technical understanding and interest in specialized products and markets
  • Strong decision-making skills, a sense of responsibility, and a structured approach to work
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills when working with employees, customers, and business partners
  • Fluency in German and English
