UV light curing varnish, very weather-resistant, solvent-free

ABchimie526UV is a transparent and flexible coating. It cures in seconds under UV LED light (variant for curing under mercury vapor lamps available). The use of UV LED lamps can save a great deal of energy, as the LEDs do not require any warm-up time, but are only switched on for the few seconds of the curing process. Areas that are in the shadow of the UV LED lamp cure within weeks via the second curing mechanism. The ever-present humidity in the environment is used to initiate this second, slower curing process. This ensures that even any shaded areas cure and do not remain liquid throughout the product's service life.

For better control of the coating result, the material is mixed with UV light tracers. Checking under UV light/black light is quick, safe, and very easy.
