These varnishes are cured extremely quickly by UV light. Directly after application via dispensing, spraying or jetting, the solvent-free varnish hardens immediately with the use of a high-intensity UV light source. Therefore, there is no shrinkage. As an alternative to a mercury vapor lamp as a UV light source, UV LED light can also be used for curing.
