China Trip, Part 1: Strong Supply Chains Through Proximity to Our Suppliers

A week in China with a clear focus: strong and reliable supply chains.

Our Managing Director Johannes Ballhaus and our sales colleague Stefan Mößner traveled to China to strengthen existing partnerships and explore new options for our supply chains.

A key part of the trip involved factory tours and targeted audits conducted directly at the suppliers’ facilities. This allowed us to gain valuable insights into processes, quality, and potential for improvement.

As an ISO 9001-certified company, the regular qualification and review of our suppliers is an integral part of our work.
That is why we consciously invest time and resources to get a firsthand look, understand processes, and jointly identify areas for improvement.
To do this, we are happy to fly 9,000 km to another continent.
