NanoZ Four Silicons Compound (FSC)

Innovative coating with high protection against water

The unique NanoZ Four Silicons Compound (FSC) silicone coating combines selected materials to form a transparent protective layer that acts as an active moisture and water barrier, preventing corrosion and damage to electronic systems, electrical circuits and other systems where an effective barrier is required. 

FSC is applied thinly and evenly using a spray process. Nothing needs to be masked and connectors can also be coated. After a very short drying time at room temperature and without an oven, a soft, hydrophobic layer forms. The layer remains soft enough that connectors can still make contact without any problems. At the same time, the highly hydrophobic silicone coating provides effective protection against moisture and water droplets. The FSC coating remains permanently flexible, does not tear or delaminate, is transparent, and is highly heat-resistant.

The product is ready to use and is applied by spraying onto a clean, dust- and dirt-free surface.
Drying time is a few minutes, depending on the ambient temperature.
