Masking protects sensitive areas of the PCBA from varnish splashes and the capillary effect of low-viscosity coatings. Masking is temporarily applied to connectors, displays, sensors, contact surfaces and much more.
The latex-based material is applied by hand from the 250ml tube with a spout attachment to the appropriate points on the PCBAs.
This masking material hardens under UV LED light within a few seconds and can be further processed immediately.
