Our baskets are matched to the lift mounts and made of electropolished V2A.
The basket sizes are adapted to the Eurocard format.
The baskets for the OPTIMA dip coating machine are 450mm long, 300mm wide and 250mm high. Load capacity 25kg.
Baskets for PRIMA and BASIC dip coating lines are 300mm long, 250mm wide and 220mm high. Load capacity 15kg.
For a fast throughput it is recommended to have several baskets in circulation, so that one can always be in the dip bath.
Instead of the baskets, customized racks or magazines can also be placed on the lift of the dip coating equipment.
